The beautiful Landa garden is drenched in white French inspired decorations while vintage Parisian films procured by Ghost Town Ventures writer/producer/director Alex Schenker flicker in the background. The Foundation modeled Nuit Blanche after the fabulously famous “Diner en Blanc” held annually in Paris where thousands of fashionable Parisians, dressed all in white, converge on the city’s most picturesque locations for a feast where they bring their own epicurean banquet.
Our favorite local restaurants provide French/Continental inspired gourmet meals for eight packed into a basket, decorated entirely in white, for guests to share.
Along with a fine meal and drink, friendly competition sparks with our silent auction. Up for bid this year is a trip to Paris, original pieces by artists Lauren Carrington Smyth, Franco Mondini Ruiz, Finis and Edie Collins, and Shane Woodward; a wine tasting party for twenty at Total Wine, and an evening in downtown SA complete with dinner, theater tickets and hotel accommodations, an African Photo Safari experience, and much more. Guests can strike a pose with fun photo ops and delight in Paris night life music by Small World.
Looking forward to having you join us for this fabulous fête!
