Classic French music provided by Small World filed the evening air as friends and Library supporters, dressed all in white, mingled in the Landa Library gardens and found their seats at the lavishly decorated tables sprawled out in all directions from the central Eiffel Tower charcuterie, cheese and hors d’oeuvres display. World renowned artist and Board Member Lauren Carrington Smyth entertained with a live painting while the lovely ladies from Kendra Scott Quarry Village held a jewelry pool and donated 100% of the proceeds to the Library Foundation. Co-Chairs Angela McFadin and Susan Brothers emceed the event and committee members signaled the crowd to discover the goodies in their baskets with a sparkler display. Once again, Korti Hampton of BASH photo-booth captured everyone’s silly side.
